Recent college graduate with relevant office experience, agency experience ideal but not required.
Methodical; extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Multi-tasker who can easily prioritize in a multi-project environment.
Customer service focused with a personable demeanor.
Flexible and solution focused when facing shifting priorities, demands, and time-lines.
Excellent communicator, written and verbal.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support the Account Management team and the Operations Director by assisting in the coordination of project and office logistics.
Manage the office calendar; schedule and confirm all client meetings and internal meetings.
Input all project data and maintain accurate tracking within Teamwork, Harvest, and Google Sheets.
Audit and collect weekly data to support Account Management and Operations reporting.
Assist in soliciting and organizing all client assets and project folders in DropBox; including quarterly archive process.
Layout and update client facing master docs, project schedules, content checklists, website launch checklists, and print tracking spreadsheets with the oversight of an Account Manager.
Draft project approval forms and ensure client signatures are received and filed.
Maintain an accurate client database with complete contact information.
Oversee collection and organization of all finished client samples for internal promotion.
Serve as the first line of defense for smaller client requests or questions: provide assistance to clients in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
Assist the Studio Coordinator in any overflow office functions and organization.
