Evoking the bygone era of Old-World New Orleans, Balise is a restaurant set in a 19th century Creole townhouse, featuring a Louisiana-focused menu created by Chef Justin Devillier. The name Balise is derived from the first settlement at the mouth of the Mississippi River’s Birdfoot Delta.
